Each Term Runs For 10 Weeks (20 Sessions). Should A Public Holiday Fall On A Class Session, The Session Fee For That Day Will Be Deducted From The Invoice.

Pre-kindy Fees
REGISTRATION AND BOND:
There is an initial non-refundable registration fee of $50 upon enrolment. This fee will be used to secure your child’s position for the first term and to pay for the workbooks. A bond of $100 will be required that will be refunded once the child has graduated or discontinued the pre-Kindy program. Please note, that the bond will not be refunded without formal whole-term notice from a parent/guardian.
CLASS FEES:
There is a $57 fee (excluding GST) for each class. Students must attend 2 days of the week for a period of 10 weeks that needs to be paid upfront. An invoice will be provided once the child is enrolled to provide a breakdown summary of all the fees and payments as well as payment options.
RESOURCE FEE:
An additional fee of $50 will be required each term that will be used to purchase any resources that the child may use in class. This includes, but is not limited to, art supplies and photocopying. The resource fee for the first term should be paid with the registration fee. However, for term 2, 3 and 4, the fee should be paid by the last day of the previous term. For instance, Term 2 resource fee must be paid in full by the last day of Term 1.
ABSENCE:
Islamic Pre Kindy charges a fixed termly fee to ensure that the number of students in the class remains as consistent as possible as well as to maintain the quality of our lessons and program. We do not offer refunds, credits or make-up classes for any absences.
Parents are welcome to contact the teacher on Class Dojo about missed work due to absences and the child’s work will be prepared for pick up in order to complete at home.
LATE PICK-UP FEE:
Parents who do not collect their child on time will be charged $10 in the first 10 minutes (starting at 2:10 pm) and an additional $2 for each minute later than 2:20 pm. This fee is used to pay for staff who have had to stay back to care and supervise your child.
Please keep in mind that it is very stressful and confusing for children when parents are late and they see all their friends going home while they stay back. We understand that sometimes being late is inevitable, however, the late pick-up fee will still apply.
In all cases, we kindly request parents to call us immediately and notify us if they think they might be late. Should parents be late without contacting us, our friendly staff will contact the numbers provided to us upon enrollment. If none of the numbers provided are answered and the child is still not picked up by 3:00 pm, we will assume it as either child negligence or that the parent/guardian is in danger. It is then the staff’s responsibility to contact the police to investigate the issue.
LATE PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE:
Late payment processing fee of $40 will apply for any late payments.
